20+ years of facilitating systems transformation in Vancouver and Canada, with liberatory processes for organizations, community engagement, and new enterprise, I work in large-scale systemic projects, and provide custom coaching and consulting with leaders and organizations to shift, leverage, and align.

I work with systems thinking, embodied mindfulness, emergent design, appreciative inquiry, identity story, circle process, and relationship-based development as a facilitator, educator and coach, with game changing organizations, leaders, and innovators.  The outcomes are liberating, collaborative, and sustaining. Part of the satisfaction for my clients seems to come from finding a forum where it is safe to look squarely at what is, and set the ground to explore, improvise and create, so that what is waiting to emerge, can.

These ways of being enable leaders and change makers to be here, now, embodied and ready, and empower them to share that engagement with collaborators, partners, and teams.

These tools have helped me work with numerous regional, national, Indigenous-Ally and international networks, teams and leaders to evolve organizations and systems with coherence, simplicity and verve. The result is joyful, effective new structures and ways of engagement of values, meaning, and sustainable social organizing.

New ways of leadership, collaboration and enterprise are evolving rapidly. I design and facilitate transformational structures to enable social impact leaders, cultural creatives, innovation teams, change agents and socially-facing enterprises to step confidently into the evolution that’s shifting our world for resilience, peacemaking, and creativity.

From the Restoring Circles Project, an Indigenous-ally restorative justice social innovation project across Metro Vancouver, to designing dialogues that evolve international partnerships, to coaching with leaders to integrate adaptive and innovative processes with their teams and structures, I enable leaders and their collaborators to write their story of becoming.
