My 25 years of consulting combines two streams of focus:
- Large-scale Systems Transformation Projects, and
- Custom, Facilitation, Coaching and Learning Design Projects.
Facilitating and leading large-scale systems transformation projects include The Restoring Circles Project, Raising the Profile Project, Vancouver Indigenous Fashion Week, Hands On Capacity, the Yukon Regional RoundTable, and Indigenous Land-Use Planning Consultations with case studies linked. These game-changing multi-year projects all involve deep relationship-based development, cross-cultural collaboration and process co-development, social innovation, emergent design, circle process, and cross-sector and intergovernmental bridge-building to open new arenas of engagement, partnership, and visible transformation.
Custom, on-site facilitation, coaching and learning design projects for leadership, community engagement, and systems strategy, I focus on building capacity for long-term evolution.
These nimble projects combine leadership coaching, action-research consultation, community engagement, systems evolution, and the design and facilitation of systems strategies that connect individual leaders’ vision and best gifts, with integrating adaptive capacities, making collective impacts and holistic, sustainable partnerships.
